Overview

Facilitate activity and engagement in the EMEA community by providing a regional platform that delivers distinctive value by connecting the TL 9000 implementation and QuEST Forum value proposition to their business environments.

Regional Objectives

Act as a bridge connecting the core work groups to EMEA based membership, to stimulate diversity of views and globalize engagement in developing and evolving the products and workings of the QuEST Forum.

• Plan the EMEA Best Practices Conference and workshops in Berlin, Germany in April 2010
• Support the French Language Interest Group sessions and an extended range of workshops
• Increase collaboration across the extended supply chain to promote application of TL 9000, with particular focus on the measurements to drive performance improvement
• Provide a platform of collaborative events to allow member companies to connect TL9000 and the QuEST Forum value proposition to people’s day jobs.
• Promote greater event participation, knowledge-sharing, and benchmarking liaisons with EFQM, ETNO, and other organizations
• Expand engagement opportunities to reach out to members in Central Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa
