Facilitate activity and engagement in the EMEA community by providing a regional platform that delivers distinctive value by connecting the TL 9000 implementation and QuEST Forum value proposition to their business environments.

2012 Regional Objectives

• Organize and conduct the EMEA Best Practices Conference in Madrid, Spain on 12 - 13 June 2012
• Conduct EMEA Leadership Team meetings.
• Maintain a high level of involvement of the EMEA service providers and suppliers in the KPI Work Group and align the top priorities to pursue.
• Increase QuEST Forum momentum in EMEA by actively involving major service providers and SMEs in QuEST Forum activities.
• Bring the Managed Services main players in EMEA together to discuss a proposal on relevant measurements for Managed Services.
• Further strengthen and leverage liaisons with strategic partners
• Drive EMEA specific work where needed.
