The Korea Hub is very active in Quest Forum's Asia Pacific regional operations as well as extensively supporting QuEST Forum global activities.

2012 Initiatives

• Support region's strongly expressed needs for benchmarking and customer satisfaction measurements through close collaboration with other work groups
• Provide ample opportunities for regional hubs to participate in the work groups
