Benchmarking Overview

QuEST Forum provides it members companies two types of benchmarking for comparing their company's performance with others.

• Performance Data Reports
  Each month industry statistics are derived from the data submitted by certified TL 9000 registrations and provided free to QuEST Forum members. The PDRs are also offered for sale to others. See the benefits of the PDRs. See also how to obtain and understand the PDRs.
• Benchmarking Projects
  QuEST Forum also provides a free benchmarking service to its members. A benchmarking project can be created by five or more companies who want to benchmark their operations through comparison of performance measurements. Several benchmarking projects are active.
